• Review of Financials for the previous year – Do you have any leaches? Can you trim some fat to make more profit? Do you understand your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet?
• Recommendations to improve business structure – Derrick will take a look at how your business runs as well as your team, and see if there are ways to improve efficiency (sometimes you can’t see the forest for the trees)
• Personalized consultation on basic business concepts as they apply to YOUR business – Work with Derrick to get a bird’s eye view of your business and how it can operate more efficiently
• In Depth Financial Review – Our experts take a look at the last 3 years of financial information and help you learn to Control your Cash so you always have more money than month
• Walkthrough your business with Derrick – Let’s focus on some core areas: Are you routing your service team efficiently? Have you moved beyond “checkbook accounting” to maximize your profit? Are you paying to much for the products you’re selling? Are you leaving money on the table? Are you struggling to hire good people?
• Team Structure – Let’s polish that Organization Chart and make sure your team understands your company’s core values
• Advertising Right – Derrick will help you plan out your advertising schedule for the next 6 months
• 3 Monthly coaching blocks (a total of 18 hours per month) to go over your next steps or ask questions
