Are you ready to take your business to the next level? Aquanut Academy’s Coaching Essentials is a good place to start. With this coaching package, you’ll receive:

• Business Structure Review – a look at your business structure (that’s the organization chart that tells everyone how your business operates)
• Business Document Check – Derrick will help you determine if there’s something you missed (hello, Operation Agreement?)
• Review of Financials for previous year – Do you have any leaches? Can you trim some fat to make more profit? Do you understand your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet?
• Recommendations to improve business structure – Derrick will take a look at how your business runs as well as your team, and see if there are ways to improve efficiency (sometimes you can’t see the forest for the trees)
• 3 Monthly coaching blocks (a total of 8 hours) to go over your next steps or ask questions
